Business analyst iii

We are hiring a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to support an enterprise-level application through enhanced documentation and detailed requirements gathering. This 100% remote role is ideal for professionals with at least 10 years of experience who thrive in collaborative environments, even without direct system access. You'll work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to improve processes, support application enhancements, and produce clear, actionable documentation using tools like Confluence and Jira.

salary : $61 - $66 per hour

• Collaborate with application support and business users to understand workflows and system processes
• Review, enhance, and migrate documentation into a new Confluence site
• Ensure documentation is comprehensive, user-friendly, and accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences
