Radiology Technologist Job Details

Location : Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York healthcare jobs)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (June 15, 2025 – September 14, 2025)

Healthcare Setting : Imaging Radiology

Shift : Day shifts, 3x12 hours per week

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1630 - $1750 per week

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

Valid ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification (Rad Tech license required)

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting

Experience in Diagnostic, Dexa, CT, MRI, or Vascular imaging preferred

Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols

Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with patient positioning, ensuring comfort and safety during all radiology procedures

Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic results

Maintain precise patient records and comply with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
