About the Role

The Ecommerce Product Owner Intern will gain hands-on experience in digital product management, working closely with our Ecommerce and IT teams to enhance our online shopping experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, technology, and problem-solvingand who wants to learn how to turn customer needs and business goals into impactful online features. Youll contribute to defining requirements, testing new site functionality, and analyzing performance data to ensure our ecommerce platform delivers a seamless and inspiring customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and refining ecommerce feature requirements from cross-functional teams.
• Support backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization.
• Help test new site functionality, identify defects, and track resolution.
• Analyze site performance data and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure features are aligned with business objectives.
• Document product changes, workflows, and testing results.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Stay current on ecommerce trends and competitor experiences to bring fresh ideas.
