Description :

This unit has 24 beds and is staffed by 8 on days when full.

On day shifts, there is a Unit Secretary, Charge Nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 CNAs.

On night shifts, there is a Charge Nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 CNAs.

The patient-to-staff ratio is 1 : 6.

The unit utilizes equipment including Sara steady, hoyer lift, sit to stand, hover mat (if needed), gait belts, bladder scanner, slide board, and wheelchairs.

Electronic Medical Record system used is Meditech.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude.

Inpatient rehab experience is preferred.

The role requires availability for every other weekend.

Dress code consists of royal blue scrubs.
