Physical Therapists will :

• Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments
• Provide interventions and therapeutic treatment in accordance with the physician certified plan of care and standards of practice
• Modify the plan of care as needed based on observations and patient evaluation
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team with nursing and other therapists
