Location : Worcester County, MA / Southern NH (Near Boston Metro)

Salary : $120,000–$145,000 + Bonus

If you’re a design-savvy Civil PE who wants ownership of meaningful, high-profile land development projects, this firm has a seat for you. Work on residential and commercial site designs that set the standard in New England.

You’ll Lead :

Civil site design including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems.

Manage permitting and approvals in complex municipal environments.

Mentor junior engineers and oversee QA / QC.

Be the primary technical advisor to developers and stakeholders.

You Bring :

8+ years of civil land development design experience.

PE license preferred.

Civil 3D mastery and strong project leadership.
