Vertex Tax Engine Consultant

Required Skills :

• Work with information security, architecture & technology teams to lead the security, solution architecture, operational resiliency reviews.
• Enhance and support tax software system. Vertex and Tax Link knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Experience enhancing and supporting Oracle Financials modules including EBTax, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables.
• Implement Tax Engine updates and patches as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the Tax Engine system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tax calculations.
• Strong SQL, PL / SQL, Unix shell scripting, Workflow and RICE objects.
• Strong hands-on technical knowledge in REST API based integration (including authentication / authorization based on mTLS and OAuth 2.0)
• Boomi integration platform knowledge to build integrations.
• Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required.
