The Work

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles. Coach the team on Agile methods and ensure continuous improvement.

Identify and remove impediments to team progress.

Ensure the team delivers high-quality software on time.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

NOTE : Client has Mandatory Contractor Time Away - 5 days Every Quarter. Mandatory to work 3 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX.

Basic Qualifications :

A minimum of 4 years of End-to-End Project Management Experience

Associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications :

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Scrum

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Agile Process Coaching

Bachelor's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
