Senior Informatica Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Informatica Developer to lead the end to end design development and maintenance of enterprise level ETL processes and database systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders architects developers and QA teams to ensure high quality data integration optimized performance and adherence to organizational standards.

This role requires a strong technical background excellent analytical skills and the ability to operate in a fast paced mission critical environment. The Senior Informatica Developer will also provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

7 years of hands on experience as an Informatica Developer

Salesforce integration or development experience

Strong SQL Server development and optimization skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with CI / CD pipelines

Proficiency with Azure DevOps

Knowledge of Python for automation or data processing

Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)

Background in Mainframe-to-modern-platform conversions

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain robust ETL processes using Informatica tools.

Manage the complete ETL life cycle including requirements analysis development testing deployment and support.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate high quality data solutions.

Maintain 24 / 7 system availability for critical data pipelines and troubleshoot production issues as needed.

Analyze complex data flows to identify process improvements and performance optimization opportunities.

Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture security and governance standards.

Provide technical leadership mentorship and code review to junior developers.

Work with architects and business analysts to design solutions that enhance system capabilities and support business goals.
