This full-time position at our busy Longmont center, where you'll collaborate with fellowship-trained clinicians, is perfect for both new graduates and experienced therapists.

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Compensation : Salaries range from $78,509.60 to $101,327.20 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, formulate specific treatment plans and goals, and implement these plans with physician approval.
  • Completion of all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner :

Initial evaluations

  • Daily treatment notes
  • Staffing reports
  • Discharge summaries
  • Timely reassessment
  • Educational activities for patient
  • Billing-related documentation
  • Insurance justification letters for equipment purchase and rentals
  • Other patient care-related documents as needed
  • Provide patient educational services, both verbally and in writing, documenting all educational activities and patient responses in charts.
  • Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy Assistant as needed.
  • Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with physicians.
  • Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality.
  • Assist the Medical Director as directed in the following, but not limited to : Utilization Review & Quality Assurance
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Requirement s :

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Must have a license (in good standing) or diploma to practice physical therapy from the State of Colorado.
  • Current CPR certification.
