Recruitment Consultant High Volume Administrative Recruitment

From receptionists and office managers to executive assistants and chiefs of staff, we deliver best-in-class recruitment services to clients and candidates alike.

Job Description

Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.

Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing consultative guidance.

Source, screen, and interview a high volume of candidates (20+ per week) across multiple administrative functions.

Re-engage former clients to uncover new opportunities and expand market reach.

Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience, maintaining consistent communication and follow-through.

Negotiate offers and close placements, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.

Track all activities in the CRM with meticulous attention to detail.

The Successful Applicant

1+ year of experience in a high-volume staffing or recruitment environment, ideally with exposure to administrative placements.

Proven ability to manage quick-turnaround searches while delivering quality results.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly.

Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent follow-up skills.

Ambitious and target-driven, with a desire to exceed expectations and achieve top performance.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, competitive, and metrics-driven environment
