Job description30-35 hours per week and have the potential to make $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year. Agency Owners are able to generate a system-driven income of $200,000-$500,000+ per year. There is opportunity for agents to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency if they choose to do so. This allows agents to create passive income for themselves and build a legacy for their family. Best in-class bonuses and travel incentives are available to both new and seasoned agents. Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents. Virtual as well as in-person training. Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage. Meet virtually with families and protect them through various life and health products. Flexible hours and work environment. Provide a community that promotes personal growth and development. Design policies to fit our client's needs. Protect families through the best available product line in the financial marketplace.
