Job Description for RN / LPN

• 1st Shift Part Time
• Lower patient ratio gives time to get to know the residents
• 39 Bed Facility
• RN / LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
• RN / LPN Supervises and evaluates the performance of nursing assistants
