What would this role do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will assist families seeking support with autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing care in-home at a support center or in the community. Your goal will be to provide assistance and compassionate care to individuals whose behaviors can range from mild to severe.

What we offer (We like to get right to it!)

• Competitive compensation (we value transparency) $19.00-$20.50 / hour
• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $1.50 per hour can be applied for applicable case support
• $300.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 150 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
• $600.00Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 300 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
• Shift s available Monday-Friday between the hours of 2pm-8 : 00pm.
• Shifts available Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 10 : 00am-4 : 00pm
• Cities Targeting- Paso Robles Templeton Atascadero and Morro Bay.
• We aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away.
