Outpatient Musculoskeletal Physiatrist (BC / BE)

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist to join a busy outpatient musculoskeletal and rehabilitation team in Bellerose, NY. This role offers a stable schedule, supportive clinical staff, and the opportunity to focus on non-operative MSK care and comprehensive rehabilitation. Full-time or part-time options available.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations for musculoskeletal, pain, and functional conditions
• Diagnose injuries, disease-related pain, and physical impairments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehab plans
• Perform trigger point, joint, and soft-tissue injections
• Conduct or supervise EMG / NCV electrodiagnostic studies
• Order and interpret imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound)
• Collaborate with physical therapists and interdisciplinary staff
• Provide ongoing patient follow-up and adjust plans as needed
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and lifestyle modifications
