SERVICE FOREMAN :

We are looking for roofing experts to step into our fully stocked service truck and take control of their jobs, income, and future. This role includes daily leak detection and repair, roof inspections, maintenance repair contracts, crew hour tracking, and truck material inventory. There is more but let’s get the basics out of the way. We offer full-time work, year-round, with consistent pay! ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responding to service calls and addressing customer issues in a timely manner.
• Diagnosing roof problems and providing solutions to resolve issues, including providing proactive recommendations.
• Performing maintenance, repairs, and installations according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Accurately documenting work performed, including materials used and time spent, and communicating this information.
• Maintaining company vehicle and inventory of materials and tools.
• Communicating with Service Superintendent, site contacts, vendors, etc.
• Continuously improving technical skills and knowledge through training and certification programs.
• Following company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Produce revenue goals through assigned projects, service requests, onsite NTE increases, and onsite leak to contract conversions.
• Complete projects within budgeted hours, materials, and gross profit margins.
• Maintain an average efficiency rate of 95% (less than 5% callbacks) on all service work.
• Provide emergency service response as needed.
• Work alongside an assistant technician while training on repair techniques.
