LCS is seeking an experienced Web Designer / Developer with a flair for visual design to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a web designer / web developer paired exclusively with our Marketing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality web design and development for LCS’ corporate websites. You will manage web projects from start to finish, including requirements discussions, development, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create an intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent website experience for LCS and Rent Manager customers, prospects, and partners. Our current corporate website portfolio includes RentManager.com, LCS.com, Conference.RentManager.com, and others.
• Manage multiple ongoing web projects from start to finish, including tasks such as learning and understanding the purpose / intent of each of our corporate websites; inter-team and inter-department discussions of build and / or update requirements; and the development and delivery of projects within established deadlines.
• Develop frontend and backend processes, code, layouts, and visual elements according to project requirements.
• Utilize responsive design principles to support usability in desktop, mobile, and tablet environments.
• Update and maintain current websites by developing and optimizing existing features and implementing new features.
• Develop interfaces that are usable, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Team Leaders, Graphic Designers, and other members of the Marketing department to create and maintain the sites and online resources that will best serve our customers, prospects, and corporate goals.
• Define, set, and clearly manage project expectations with Marketing team members and other LCS departments.
