The Role

At NuHarbor, Product Management is responsible for understanding and documenting the requirements of our clients and prospects while driving enterprise execution from concept through development, into delivery plans and client value realization. NuHarbor differentiates in the market via our platform enabling and supporting our unique services approach. Within our growing organization this role is crucial to our continued success, as it is focused primarily on continually evolving and enhancing our platform’s capabilities, so we stay ahead of the ever-crowded security services market .

The Product Manager should be knowledgeable in product management processes and priorities, have strong communication skills for engaging with various audiences, and have a proven track record of using data to drive deliverables and programs agreed-upon by the stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • I dentify and define quality cybersecurity services
  • Set service expectations, balancing client needs with the input of key internal stakeholders
  • Capture market needs and client requirements, to prioritize , and document product strategy
  • Build roadmaps, epics, and stories aligned to the organizational vision and documented requirements
  • Drive products through NuHarbor's product gating process, ensuring they meet all criteria and standards ensuring the value of new services are realized as expected.
  • Work collaboratively with s ecurity s ervices, engineering, marketing, design, and other teams to ensure consistent delivery of new and evolving services
  • Create internal champions throughout the organization to ensure support of product roadmaps
  • Survey the managed security service market to position NuHarbor’s place within it
  • Identify and validate buyer and user personas to ensure product / market fit
  • Integrate NuHarbor business and product strategy within the roadmap and drive cross- functional collaboration
  • Live by the NuHarbor corporate values : Help Clients Win, Always Improve , Protect the House

Your foundation.  The requirements for this role :

  • Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of product management experience
  • In lieu of a degree two (2) years of experience in product management .

  • Two (2) years or more experience, with digital transformation, solution design, business planning, strategy development, competitive analysis, or financial analysis
  • Experience with complex projects and client requirement definition
  • Experience utilizing Agile Development process like Kanban, Lean, or S crum
  • Proven organizational and prioritization skill s
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentations skills
  • Self-starting and collaborative work style
  • Desire and ability to continuously learn and apply new technical skills
  • Ability to self-manage time and tasks as well as engagements to ensure timely and accurate response to requests
  • Must be a citizen of the United States
  • Additional capabilities that will differentiate you for this role :

  • Demonstratable experience influencing others to gain commitment and build solutions
  • Knowledge or interest in cybersecurity, particularly the application and use of security terminology and best practices
  • Exposure with change management practices
  • Experience with managed security, or another similarly complex service or SaaS offering
  • Experience within the Cybersecurity fields of SIEM, MDR, Assurance, or Penetration Testing
