State Licensed Senior Director Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Counsel, Legal TLM - Catalyze360 (Transactions).

Key Responsibilities

Lead structuring, drafting, negotiating, and counseling on various transactions

Serve as a legal and business partner in implementing new offerings and transaction models

Develop agreement templates and provide training for the Catalyze360 team

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state

Minimum of six years of legal experience in transaction-related work

Significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
