Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) for 30 y / o male with a G-tube located in Centreville, MD.

The following shift(s) are available for this case :

8 hour day shifts (start time flexible)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Job Responsibilities :

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner
