Key responsibilities include :

• Strategic Leadership & Product Vision : Define and execute product strategy, foster innovation, develop product roadmaps, and establish KPIs.
• Product Development & Execution : Oversee product lifecycle, lead cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and analyze industry trends.
• Market Positioning & Client Engagement : Communicate product value, develop go-to-market strategies, engage with clients, and foster industry relationships.
• Team Leadership & Organizational Growth : Build and mentor teams, promote cross-team collaboration, lead change management, and represent Impact Advisors at industry events.

Qualifications include 10+ years in healthcare technology or digital health, with 5+ years in leadership, proven success in bringing healthcare products to market, deep understanding of healthcare IT, analytics, AI, cloud computing, and strong stakeholder management skills. A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

The role offers a salary range of $215,000 to $330,000 , with potential bonuses and benefits. Travel may be required for client engagements and industry events.
