Program Coordinator (Contract) - Aurora, CO

Pay : $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 40 hours / week

Shifts : 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm or 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm (varies)

Work Setting : On-site

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support a fast-paced operational environment. This role will manage administrative workflows, support cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution of daily program activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
• Delegate and assign work appropriately based on skill and experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify issues, support process improvements, and implement new services and performance measures.
• Facilitate development, implementation, and evaluation of program initiatives and standards.
• Serve as a resource for departmental policies, procedures, and services.
• Manage calendars, Teams meetings, rosters, communications, and SharePoint workflows.
• Perform UKG Dimensions tasks including timecard review, payroll edits, and exception log management.
