As the Dispatch Coordinator, you will assist with scheduling a team to the customer's location to assess the work that would need to be completed. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and strive to assist others in their time of need, you could thrive in this environment!

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

All Sample Forms are provided for informational purposes and SERVPRO Franchises may choose whether or not to use them. In this role, you will give an estimate of the work that needs to be done with incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
