We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.   WHAT YOU’LL DO Create Platform-Native Creative Design performance-driven static and motion assets for digital and social channels (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, landing pages, etc.), ensuring visuals are optimized for engagement and conversion.

Support Brand & Campaign Work Produce creative for both client and internal New Engen / Donut Studios initiatives—including organic social, events, and branded collateral.

Execute & Iterate Quickly Incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality creative on tight timelines, maintaining accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables.

Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with strategy, creative, and media partners to translate insights and performance data into compelling visual concepts that align with business goals.

Maintain Quality & Organization Manage and organize assets across Air, Google Drive, Slack, and Notion; ensure all exports meet creative standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines.

WHAT YOU BRING 2+ years of hands-on design experience across social, digital, and / or performance marketing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Premiere) and Figma Working knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects, Jitter, Photoshop animation) Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and brand-forward design Understanding of performance-driven creative principles and metrics Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments with multiple stakeholders Collaborative mindset, clear communication, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Familiarity with social platforms and emerging trends in digital culture Experience with AI image generation a plus PERKS & BENEFITS Remote or hybrid work environment with flexible hours Unlimited PTO + company holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage Life & AD&D insurance 401(k) with company match Paid parental leave & family support Pet care perks & insurance Learning & career development programs Commuter & transit benefits Exclusive employee discounts Salary Range :

• $25 hourly (temporary employment) The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
• Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
