What You'll Do :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care using evidence-based practices.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care for all patients.Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to support optimal health outcomes.Unit Overview :
Care for post-operative craniotomy patients and those with complex spine surgeries.Engage with stroke patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program.Gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques through the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute.Qualifications :
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Completion of an accredited nursing program.1+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred.Physical Requirements :
