• $50,000 sign-on and $245 / hr plus bonuses

• Average patients seen per year : 21,000(busiest CAH in WI)
• Schedule prepared 1-2 months in advance
• 25-bed, critical access hospital
• 14-bed unit -Level IV Trauma Unit
• 24 / 7 Radiology, MRI, and Ultrasound
• APC Support
