Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Part Time

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Float to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare Organization in Skagit, Whatcom and Northern Snohomish Counties .

Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Float :

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and health screenings for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of practice.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on proper use, side effects, and lifestyle modifications.
• Perform minor procedures such as wound care, immunizations, and point-of-care testing.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Promote preventive care through health counseling and routine screenings (e.g., vaccines, wellness exams).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed.
• 28 hours per week M, Wed. and Fri.

Pay Details : $85.00 - $95.00 an hour
