Outpatient Only No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call

What You ll Do :

Deliver compassionate, comprehensive primary care to an older adult population

Lead a multidisciplinary care team in a collaborative, high-support environment

Drive better patient outcomes with fewer hospital admissions and improved preventive care

Utilize modern EMR systems (Canopy & Greenway)

Help set and achieve clinical goals and quality benchmarks

Ideal Candidate :

MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

Active, unrestricted state medical license & current DEA

Passion for senior care and preventive medicine

Value-based care experience preferred (but not required)

Geriatric experience or fellowship is a plus

Bilingual a bonus
