Job Description :

• Seeking an ICU RN Case Manager for Transfer Center
• Experience in case management is essential
• Shift : 4x10s from 23 : 00 to 07 : 30
• Local candidates allowed with approval
• First-time applicants accepted if they have ICU and case management experience
• Floating within hospital not required
• COVID-19 vaccine not required; Flu vaccine required with medical / religious exemptions only
• Pre-approved time off is at the manager's discretion and must be included at submission
• Documentation system : EPIC
