BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join their established team at Parkland Health Center in Farmington, Missouri, located less than an hour from St. Louis.

Practice Details :

• Team Collaboration : Join two experienced orthopedic surgeons in a supportive, multi-specialty clinic environment.
• Call Schedule : Participate in a shared call rotation of 1 : 4, ensuring a manageable work-life balance.
• Scope of Practice : Opportunities available in both general and sub-specialty orthopedic surgery, accommodating various interests and expertise.
• Facilities : Utilize four operating rooms with blocked OR time, attached to a spacious clinic for seamless patient care.
• Referral Network : Benefit from a large patient base supported by well-connected primary care providers.
• Work Schedule : Enjoy a standard 40-hour workweek with EPIC EMR system in place.
• Therapy Services : Easy access to physical and occupational therapy services for comprehensive patient management.

Role Purpose

The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing Specialty to the best of physician’s ability through direct patient care and spend additional time as necessary to perform other related duties such as completing medical records, providing MyChart consultations and inbasket management, conducting patient-specific education and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.
