Patient Volume : 1520 patients per day; 13 callbacks overnight per week

Required to Supervise APPs : Yes (1 PA / NP)

Support Staff : 1 PA / NP

Skills Required :

• Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy foreign body removal fulguration of bleeder injection of varices)
• ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic)
• PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy)
• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
• Liver biopsy
• Sengstaken / Blakemore tube insertion and management

Requirements

Active OK License or IMLC

BC / BE

ACLS

Must have completed ACGME / AOA-accredited GI fellowship including ERCP training

current experience : Demonstrated current competence and evidence of performance of at least 200 therapeutic ERCP procedures 40 sphincterotomies and 10 stent placements in the past 12 months or completion of training in the past 12 months.
