Program Manager, Recruiting Programs (SHORT-TERM)

Were seeking a Program Manager to support initiatives that strengthen our structured interviewing and interviewer enablement programs. This role combines project management data-driven problem solving and cross-functional collaboration ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure clarity and operational excellence to complex people programs.

Youll help execute programs that enable hiring managers and interviewers to deliver a consistent high-quality candidate experience. Working closely with Talent Acquisition People Science People Analytics L&D and Engineering youll coordinate projects analyze data and support the rollout of structured interviewing tools and training. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented collaborative and motivated by impact in a fast-paced environment. You will work Monday- Friday from 9-5pm PST. This position is for 6 months based in our San Mateo HQ Office.

You Will :

• Youll focus on enabling our hiring managers and interviewers helping them navigate the hiring process with clarity and confidence to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all.
• Define program and project scope and deliverables in alignment with Talent Acquisition and company-level goals facilitating strong cross-functional collaboration with teams such as People Science People Analytics L&D and Engineering.
• Extract organize and analyze data leveraging tools such as Google Sheets and advanced formulas and functions to identify trends create reports and support decision-making.
• Track key metrics and project progress providing timely status updates on critical efforts.
• Develop and execute project plans and tasks to ensure a timely high-quality outcome.
• Contribute to the refinement of processes for project management communication and risk identification to enhance team efficiency.
