HCA / CNA for Parkinson's client

We are looking for an experienced female HCA / CNA to help with a female Parkinson's client at Atria Willow Glen . Care is M-F 7a-7p . Rate would be $22-$23 depending on experience. Client is 95 years old. 5'0, 80lbs. She is a high fall risk and and will need safety supervision. Has limited mobility. Transfers to and from chair / bed. Uses a walker.

Help with personal / incontinence care such as bathing / dressing, hyenine, ambulation, toileting, diaper change, feeding.
