Shift :     7pm to 7am including every 3rd weekend, no on call requirements

Guaranteed Hours : 72 bi-weekly

Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel RN for a high-acuity Emergency Department in Warsaw, IN. This role requires strong critical care skills and experience managing patients across all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care in the ED, including patients requiring critical care interventions.

Manage care for patients with arterial lines, chest tubes, STEMI, strokes, codes, IV drips, and other complex conditions.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure timely, high-quality care.

Accurately document patient care and interventions in Cerner EMR.

Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

RN licensure in Indiana required.

Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.

Minimum 1–2 years of Emergency or Critical Care experience.

Competency in managing critically ill patients across all age ranges.

Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
