OASYS, INC ., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking a Software Team Lead to support our ARMY / MDA customer onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities include : Lead a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Use C++ and Java to design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications.
• Lead development of Gitlab CI / CD pipeline and workflow capabilities
• Maintain and enhance existing software, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance

Minimum Requirements :

Required Education : Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Cyber, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

Eligibility : Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
