Job Summary : The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within the Operations department. This position is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and support operations.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Analyze business operations, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support strategic planning and day-to-day decision-making.
- Support project planning and execution by providing data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Assist in evaluating new tools, technologies, and vendors to enhance operational capabilities.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
