The After Sales Manager leads the After Sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service from order kickoff through the warranty period. This role serves as the customer advocate, oversees project quality, cost, and timing, and drives continuous improvement in processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and develop the After Sales team.
- Foster open communication and collaboration across departments.
- Maintain an effective organizational structure aligned with company values.
Business Operations
Oversee all After Sales activities, ensuring timely, high-quality service and support.Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and HR to meet operational goals.Promote additional products and services to build customer partnerships.Maintain and improve department processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.Process Improvement
Own and refine departmental processes, ensuring alignment with global standards.Drive continuous improvement based on feedback from audits, customers, and employees.Provide system expertise and training to the team.Other Duties
Maintain organized workspaces and electronic records.Perform other duties as assigned.May rotate to other roles temporarily to support business needs.Annual salary is $85-90 / k in salary. Schedule is Monday through Friday.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.4–8 years of experience in a related role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Jobscope).Understanding of manufacturing processes and lean techniques.Ability to analyze complex systems and solve problems.Strong planning, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.Knowledge of state and federal OSHA regulations.Excellent attention to detail.
