When you become an employee at the Community Renewal Team (CRT), you will join a host of others with an average tenure of nine years of service. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Under the division of Clinical Services, coordinate and provide recovery-oriented supports for clients. In supporting a recovery- oriented philosophy support clinical staff in daily tasks regarding insurance, medical services, and client triage / scheduling.

MINIMUM QUALIFACTIONS AND EDUCATION
Education : High School diploma with a specialized certificate in Medical Assistant preferred.
Minimum Years of Experience : 2 years of experience or any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities to perform the job.
Demonstrated skills : Ability to communicate effectively, compile written reports and maintain / review case files. Ability to work in collaboration with other service providers. Must be computer literate.
Knowledge : working with homelessness, mental health, substance use, and criminal justice clients.
Physical Exam and TB Required : Yes, required prior to appointment
Bilingual : Preferred - Language : Spanish speaking
ADA COMPLIANCE
Physical Ability : Tasks involve sedentary to light work, involving some reaching, handling, fingering and / or feeling of objects and materials.
Sensory Requirements : Some tasks require visual perception and discrimination. Some tasks require oral communications ability.
Environmental Factors : Tasks are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, disease, vibrations, electric currents, traffic hazards, violence, toxic / poisonous agents, disease, or pathogenic substances.
