The Managed Desk - Platform Support Associate delivers a great Advisor and Client experience using the Evestnet advisory The Managed Desk - Platform Support Associate delivers a great Advisor and Client experience using the Evestnet advisory account platform by providing technical, policy and procedures support via telephone and electronic communications. Expected to provide excellent service by working closely with internal and external partners to facilitate client and colleague requests. Develop problem-solving skills and expertise on managed desk processes and procedures to assist with escalated issues and problem resolution. Support account opening and account modification process.
