Key Responsibilities

Establish contact with consumers to discuss delinquencies and identify repayment options

Record accurate and detailed notes

Meet or exceed performance goals while complying with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

Self-motivated and well-organized

Results-driven with basic computer skills

Phone experience and strong negotiation talent

Able to sit for the majority of the workday

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
