About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead our Audio Visual, Inside Plant Service Offerings. This individual will oversee both the market and team of personnel that will deliver projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who combines strong technical expertise with proven experience in estimating, bidding, and securing new work, along with full program and P&L management related to project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from concept through completion-ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results.
• Take ownership of estimating, proposal preparation, and bid submissions, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company goals.
• Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication, satisfaction, and retention.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and quality standards across all projects.
• Mentor, develop, and inspire team members to achieve excellence and accountability.
