1099 Locums Contract - long term

We are looking for a full time locum at either location (Hershey or Holy) 36-40 hours per week plus weekend calls Note - Not looking for just 1-2 weekends a month or one week a month.

Scheduled Clinic Hours / Call (nights and weekends)

M-F with call about every 2-3 weekends.

4-10s is ideal. 7a-5p

Call is 5pm-7am.

Regular shift (7a-5p) in-house

Weekend call is Friday, 5pm through Monday, 7am. All calls are from home, not in-house.

Mostly OR, but some ICU floor time will be needed.
