• Specialty : CRNA
• Practice Setting : OR / Surgery Department in a Level II Trauma Center
• Coverage Needed : Starting ASAP and ongoing, with shifts Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day
• Support Staff : A blend of independent work and a care team model
• Case Mix : General, Endo, Neuro, Ortho, GI, CV, Ophthalmology, Pain, ENT, Podiatry, OB, GYN, Urology, and Plastics, with approximately 14,000 cases annually
• Number of ORs : 11 (2 endoscopy, 1 OB, 8 other ORs) - 7 am to 3 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm shifts available
• Credentialing Time : 8-12 weeks
• Licensing Required : Active Missouri license
• Certifications Needed : ACLS, BLS, PALS
