Job Description

Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.

Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks and resolve project issues promptly.

Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all project sites.
