The Site Supervisor will work in support of our program management to support daily operations and serve as the primary point of contact for multiple projects and assignments across our federal law enforcement customer's operational location nationwide.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Reports to the Program Manager
• Assists Program Manager with daily operations to include :
• Provides customer project estimates.
• Manages personnel both on and off-site.
• Controls assignments process and tracks through conclusion.
• Monitors and reconciles labor hours daily, weekly, monthly and per case, per project, per contract.
• Coordinates staffing requirements with our recruiting teams.
• Coordinates security requirements and submittals with both our security department and customer's security team.
• Coordinates and manages employee performance evaluations.
• Manage multi-level translation / transcription projects received from multiple operational sites.
