The Business Administrator’s main function is to assist the church in carrying out its mission by planning and implementing effective organizational and fiscal processes to achieve its goals. The Business Administrator oversees the financial processes of Gloria Dei, manages church properties, oversees the church budget / employee payroll, and enables all church ministries to function effectively. A degree and experience in accounting is highly recommended.
