T2 has partnered with a well-established and busy General contractor that has several long-term projects all

over the United States

If you have at least 3years of Account Manager experience, please apply.

Client relationship Management responsibilities :

1. Develop new relationship with Broker customers by personally calling them and introducing yourself upon receipt

of every new job.

2. Develop and build relationships with key influential clients that will become advocates for the business and

subsequently request the business as the preferred builder of choice.

3. Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.

4. Build new client relationships through proactive marketing, in-person sales calls, and networking.

6. Collaborate with clients in order of priority - In person, Teams / Zoom, Via phone or by email as a last resort. All

communications are to be logged through HubSpot with each client. Each note is to include detail around the

conversation and clearly outline the next step in the relationship with a Task set for follow up in HubSpot.

Skills

Must be capable of operating with a minimum of supervision, have strong problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to work well with people. Must be safety minded.

Revenue and Sales Goals

1. Meet or exceed revenue and sales targets as set for First Year (Revenue goal increases every year)

2. Meet or exceed marketing activity as defined by your annual plan (Or Similar)

3. There will be minimum office visit requirements, trade show attendances, marketing events etc.

Proposal and Estimation Support

1. Work closely with Estimators and Project Managers to provide accurate and timely estimates to clients.

2. Ensure all estimates and proposals align with client budgets and expectations and are hand delivered.

3. Engaged and participate in Scorecard and / or review meetings as required.

Data and CRM Management

1. Maintain CRM systems and manage sales data for effective account tracking and reporting - Our CRM of record is

Hubspot.

2. Use data to refine and improve client engagement and sales strategies
