This unique role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted clinical leader while experiencing new environments and building relationships across our growing partner network.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care : Round and manage clinical care for geriatric patients across skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities.
• Travel with purpose : Spend 4 days per week on the road, delivering coverage and continuity of care where it's needed most.
• Step into leadership : Serve as interim Medical Director for partner facilities, guiding quality initiatives and clinical operations.
• Build meaningful connections : Collaborate with facility staff, administrators, and nursing leaders to foster strong working relationships.
• Collaborate across disciplines : Partner with Curana's multi-disciplinary teams to address patient needs and elevate quality of care.
• Stay efficient and supported : Document and bill services through Curana's streamlined systems and policies.
• Be a bridge : Support facilities during transitions to permanent Curana providers, ensuring a seamless hand-off for patients and staff.

Salary Range : USD $300,000 - $350,000 annually

This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities using a personal vehicle. A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record are required. Periodic motor vehicle (MVR) checks may be conducted as a condition of, and / or for, continued employment.
