Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) – Days

Location : Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc, WI

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Orientation Date : 12 / 8

Guaranteed Hours : 40 / week (GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week; holiday closures may affect hours)

Schedule

Shift : 10-hour Days, 06 : 30–17 : 00

Float : Required to Waukesha Memorial

On-Call : As needed

Travelers will float based on census but will not be assigned outside their clinical competency without approval (employee + unit manager + shift advisor + Staffency).

Required Certifications (Must Be Attached at Submission)

BLS

CSFA

Experience Requirements

2–3 years experience as a First Assist in a full-service operating room

Comfortable with emergency situations

Strong competency in :

Orthopedic cases

Laparoscopic cases

Unit Overview

75-bed hospital
