Carmel Apartments, a 168-unit property , and we're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Quarterly Maintenance Bonus – Earn up to $750 / quarter

On-Call Bonus – $100 per call

Yearly Anniversary Gifts Your Responsibilities : 🔹 Complete maintenance work orders efficiently based on priority

Prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready tasks)

Perform interior / exterior painting & staining

Maintain HVAC systems (repair, troubleshooting)

Keep property grounds clean and well-maintained

Conduct routine preventative maintenance

Keep the maintenance shop & work areas clean and organized

Rotate on-call duties for emergency maintenance needs What We’re Looking For :

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to work Mon-Fri from 8AM to 5PM and On-Call 1 week, every other week

HVAC Certification Preferred

EPA License Preferred

Experience with Drywall, Painting & Carpentry

Basic Electrical Knowledge (Outlets, Switches, Fixtures)

Strong Problem-Solving & Customer Service Skills

Effective Verbal & Written Communication
